Y-Stats is your activity and usage dashboard — open it from the profile menu. It’s a full window titled Stats, organized into a few sections. Which sections you see depends on how your organization is billed (a chip beside the section switch tells you the current mode and billing period, e.g. Storage billing · 1 – 31 Jul).
Areas Statistics #
A per-Area view of what you’ve done:
- KPI cards — totals for your Areas, Filters, Previews, Downloads and Visuals, plus either processing used (credits plans) or Area Processed in km² (storage plans).
- Activity chart — a bar per Area broken down into Filters, Previews, Downloads, Visuals and Stretches, with a Stacked / Grouped toggle.
- Ranked chart — your top 10 Areas by processing used (or by km² processed).
- Areas table — the same figures per Area, searchable by name.
Usage consumption #
Depending on your plan, a YPUs Consumption and/or Storage Consumption section shows how much of your allowance you’ve used:
- Processing — how much of your monthly processing allowance is used, what remains, and a trend over recent months.
- Storage (storage/hybrid plans) — Uploads, Downloads and Total storage against what your plan includes, with a usage history and, for administrators, the top consumers and any pending exports. This is the account-side usage view; the per-download export caps are covered in Storage Limits & Export Caps.
Figures are shown on screen; this manual keeps usage qualitative.
Summary Statistics #
A roll-up of your own activity — Filters, Previews, Analysis, Downloads, Visuals and Areas. If you administer the company, this section also shows company-wide and per-user totals.
Retrieving a usage record #
The Retrieve Usage Record button pulls a detailed log for a period you choose — Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Current week, Last 30 days or Current month. The result lists each action with its date, time, Area and a running total, grouped by action. Company administrators can additionally export the records (and statistics) as files.
A note for trial accounts #
On a trial, a welcome panel summarizes what’s limited — typically the maximum Area size for downloads and for analysis like Machine Learning training and histograms/PCA, the fact that High-Resolution orders aren’t available, and that private imagery can be viewed but not downloaded. The navbar also shows a meter of how much of your allowance you’ve used. These limits lift once your account is upgraded.
Company-wide and per-user figures, usage-file exports and plan pricing are visible to company administrators only.
