Everything about you and your workspace lives behind the profile menu — the round button in the top-right of the navbar showing your initial. Click it (tooltip Profile) to open the menu.
The profile menu #
From top to bottom, the menu holds:
- My Account — your details, password and display preferences (below).
- Y-Stats — your usage and activity dashboard. See Usage & Statistics.
- Releases — what’s new in the platform. See Releases & What’s New.
- Notifications — a log of the messages shown this session. See Notifications.
- Admin / Super Admin — only if you administer your company — user, team and company management. See Managing Users, Teams & Company.
- A product switch — only if your organization has more than one product — to jump between Remote Miner, Remote Enviro and so on.
- Log out.
My Account #
My Account is a single page with three sections.
Account Information #
Edit your First Name and Last Name. Your email and username are shown here too but can’t be changed — contact your company administrator if they need updating.
Change Password #
Click Change Password to reveal the fields, then enter your current password and a new password. The new password must meet the checklist shown as you type — at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase, one number, one special character, and a minimum of 8 characters — and be confirmed. Cancel hides the section again.
Preferences #
Four settings control how figures and coordinates are shown to you across the platform:
- Area Units — Km², Ha or Mi².
- Legend Display — show a layer’s legend as Units or as Min / Max.
- Decimal Separator — Decimal point (e.g. 1,234.56) or Comma (e.g. 1.234,56).
- Coordinate Format — Decimal Degrees (DD) or Degrees Minutes Seconds (DMS).
Coordinate Format and Decimal Separator take effect immediately; Area Units and Legend Display apply when you press Save. (Coordinate format can also be flipped from the map’s right-click menu.)
These are display preferences — they don’t change your data. For how imagery itself renders (resampling, stretching, palette, pixel size), see Settings.
Press Save to store your changes. Note there are no theme, language, avatar or two-factor settings — the platform doesn’t use them.
Switching product and logging out #
If your organization is set up with more than one product, the menu lists the others (for example Remote Enviro) so you can switch without signing in again. Log out ends your session.
