Notifications

< 1 min read

Actions in Remote Miner surface brief pop-up messages (toasts) — a render finished, an export started, something went wrong. They disappear on their own, so the Notifications window keeps a log of them for the current session, letting you re-read anything you missed.

Open it from the profile menu.

What it shows #

  • A session log of the messages shown since you opened the app, newest first — each with its severity, the time, and the message text.
  • An Errors & warnings only toggle, on by default, so you see just the things that need attention. Turn it off to see every message, including confirmations.
  • A Clear button to empty the log.

Good to know #

  • The log is for this session only — it isn’t kept after you reload or sign out, and there’s no unread counter or inbox.
  • It records messages shown inside the app; it isn’t an email or alert feed.
  • Looking for what’s new in the platform? That’s the Releases window (the bell), covered in Releases & What’s New.
