If you administer your organization, the profile menu shows an Admin (or Super Admin) entry that opens the Administration window. Regular administrators manage Users; super administrators also get Teams and Company tabs.
Users #
The Users tab lists everyone in your company β Name, Username, Role, Product, Status (and processing allowance where that applies). Search by name to find someone.
- Add New User β invite a teammate by email. The email must use one of your company’s allowed domains (see Company, below). Set their name, the products they can access, and β where applicable β their processing limit and team; they get an account to sign in to.
- View details / Edit β edit a user’s products and processing limit. (Names and other identity fields aren’t edited here.)
- Activate / deactivate β the Status toggle enables or suspends an account. Administrator and super-administrator accounts can’t be toggled this way.
- Delete β from a user’s detail page, in the Danger zone: type DELETE to confirm, and optionally transfer that user’s data to you so nothing is lost.
Roles #
There are three roles β User, Admin (manages within a team) and Super Admin (company-wide). Roles are assigned by YNSAT and can’t be changed from the interface, so you won’t find a “make admin” button; contact us if someone’s role needs to change.
Teams #
(Super administrators.) Teams are groups within your company, each with its own shared processing budget. Create a team, edit it, or delete it β a team can’t be deleted while it still has members, so move or remove them first.
Company #
(Super administrators.) The Company tab holds organization-wide settings:
- General β company name and email.
- Email domains β the domains whose addresses are allowed to join your company; these govern who you can invite on the Users tab.
- Sharing β toggles to auto-share everything with the Super Admin and/or with the team, so work is visible across your organization by default.
- Single sign-on (SSO) β enable SSO with your identity provider (an SSO URL or SAML metadata, with setup instructions), so your team signs in with your corporate credentials.
